Leicester city centre

The Ale Wagon
27 Rutland Street, Leicester
Tel: 0116 262 3330
One of the few pubs in the city centre to serve
a range of real ales. A rather old fashioned ambience with no music
- so if you want a really quiet drink - and real beer - this is the
place for you. Open all day.
O'Neill's
Loseby Lane, Leicester
Tel: 0116 242 9911
Pub with an Irish flavour. Sometimes has live music.
Friendly staff.
The Highcross
High Street,
Leicester
A Weatherspoons establishment with a
large busy restaurant and patio area.
No loud music.
The Sun Bar
Church Gate,
Leicester
Popular with the younger
crowd at night and can be loud and crowded
at weekends. During the day it is quiet
and comfortable and a small but very good
range of light bar snacks is available
at very reasonable prices.
